The Program for Negotiations Protocol Preparation Based on Speech Recognition

This paper is dedicated to creation of program for keeping the Minutes of Meetings using voice recognition. The appliance of the program in question is possible with the help of web-framework. Proper operation requires a PC or a laptop, a micro and Google Chrome browser. The result is based on Google Cloud Speech API technology. The object of the work is a program able to record speech, transform it immediately into text, edit the text and display it in suitable format according to prearranged layout. The analysis of the final document is possible as well. The program is to economize on time (the time spend on processing the results of negotiations is reduced) as well as on cutting the bankroll expenсes. The paper contains 68 pages, 3 chapters, 25 diagrams, 1 tables, 28 sources, 5 appendixes. Key words: voice recognition, minutes of meeting, text analysis, Web-application, client - server application.
