The research presents theoretical and practical grounds of monitoring planning of the Adaption program into effective school operation, which demonstrates low educational results and is in compound social surroundings. During the research the following targets have been set and realized. The Methodology of the pedagogical monitoring as an integral part of pedagogical process operation has been studied. The choice of the monitoring model of the Adaption program into effective school operation has been substantiated and corresponds to “The effective school” instruments and its practicability. A special interest for experts can be the section devoted to the approbation of the Adoption program monitoring instruments in the context of 4 cases of comprehensive schools in St. Petersburg, the Crimea, Moscow region which work in compound social surroundings. The research contains a description of the logic frame of the Adaption program into effective school operation, where the initial performance indicators are determined, and 6 steps of its monitoring. The research result (product) includes a developed system of the Adaption program pedagogical monitoring which provides supports for well-grounded and well-timed management decision as well as methodic recommendations how to plan and realize it in any kind of school with similar deficit. There are concrete diagnostic and analytical materials for the monitoring realization in 14 supplements.

The research is intended to headmasters of comprehensive schools, specialists of education, science and methodical establishments, educational authorities.
