Work in Micro-groups as a Method of Development of Professional Cooperation of Teachers of Municipal Educational Organization

This work is devoted to the study of professional interaction among teachers of educational institutions of General education. The understanding of the influence of management actions on the behavior of teachers in professional collaboration can serve as a basis for the design of various managerial tools, designed to strengthen and develop horizontal communication in the organization. The aim of the study is to identify and describe the influence of specially organized work of teachers in micro-groups for professional interaction of teachers at school. The achievement of objective is related to the following tasks: 1) the definition of the place of the processes of professional interaction in the practice of managing horizontal relationships in the organization; 2) the clarification of the concept of "processes of professional interaction" on the basis of analysis and systematization of approaches to its definition; 3) the consideration of factors that influence professional interaction; 4) the description of the scheme and the impact of organizational and managerial factors on the processes of professional interaction of teachers; 5) the identification of characteristics of the management of professional interaction in school-based research work of teachers in specially designed micro-groups. As a result of the generalization of the theoretical material the control scheme of the professional interaction is presented. The result of the empirical study is the work in the specially organized micro-groups has a positive effect on professional cooperation of teachers. A microgroup becomes the subject of administration, in case of its independent and creative activity. The work in micro-groups, for the most part of the teaching staff is taken positively and positively changes attitudes to their colleagues.
