Ulugbek Surpkelov Control Over Combating Money Laundering Through Credit Institutions Via Crime Proceeds This paper discusses the role of control in credit organizations in combating legalization of criminal proceeds not only in the Russian Federation, but also as a member of countries in the Eurasian economic Union. It is important to underline that the formation of counteraction system to legalization of criminal proceeds in Russia and the EU to extent by experience and under the pressure of the international system of combating money laundering the FATF and international organizations of the United Nations. Comprehensive study of the problem of combating the legalization (laundering) of incomes obtained in a criminal way and financing of terrorism is an important condition for the improvement of legislative mechanism of AML/CFT. Connection with the creation of a single market legal framework of the EEC, it is necessary to implement cooperation among countries and creating a common framework of suspicious transactions in credit institutions.
