The economy proceeding to the innovative stage of development requires careful study of foreign experience with the aim of extracting optimal options for building appropriate innovative policy. An innovative approach to management and the continuous improvement and updating production methods will inevitably lead to sustainable economic growth. At the same time, every country has its own socio-economic peculiar properties and they compile applicable elements from foreign innovation strategy. Uzbekistan takes its first steps, with a great potential, towards innovative achievements world. Research work identifies the feasible methods of innovation and R&D funding experience applied in developed countries applicable in Uzbekistan.
