The Impact of Interactive and Communicative Services to the Involvement of Parents in the Educational Process

This research describes the notion of parents’ involvement in the process of education. Based on national and international experience, we are carrying out the research into the influence of involvement of parents on children’s education. The purpose of this research is the use of interactive and communication services in order to increase the involvement of parents in the educational process. In the course of the research parents’ communicative and Information retrieval with the following analysis of the findings was closely studied. These findings became a foundation for the development and use of an interactive service on the website of School №2095, where the research was conducted. After a testing period of this new service the initial analysis of its effectiveness provided data about a positive influence on the parents’ involvement and enabled to prepare recommendations concerning the development and evaluation of the service.
