Features of Administrative Responsibility of Managing Companies in the Field of Housing and Communal Services

The sphere of housing and communal services is constantly undergoing changes. So, since 2015, a mandatory requirement for a management company (a legal entity with a commercial status) is required to carry out activities for the management of multi-apartment buildings. With this requirement, a special norm of administrative responsibility was introduced simultaneously 14.1.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The thesis marked in the work practical questions of differentiation of the new norm from these compounds.
