Correlation Between M&A Process Management in Business and Education, Developing a Model of Functional Educational Complex Management

The work is devoted to study of processes of mergers and acquisitions M&A in business and education and the design model of management of educational complex in terms of reorganisation. In work the analysis of the leading motives and problems of mergers and acquisitions in the theory and practice of business and education, which showed that the relationship defined by common interests, aimed at optimization of resources and increase of their flow, increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of the organization. The study of the problem field of the integration process also identified for managers of different fields of activity tasks, namely, the formation of new organizational structures, new governance structure and new corporate culture of the organization. This, in turn, determined the basic principles that formed the basis for the design of management models obyedinennoy organization described in the second Chapter of the qualification work. Functional divisions of this model are the management of the content of education, education quality management, resource management, and management of educational and social work. In the project description of the functional management of the educational complex presented by the task, procedural, substantive, diagnostic-effective components, as well as projects Profiles office functional heads, which can be not only an effective tool for matching employees to the position and method of assessment, guidance to prepare these professionals, both inside educational institutions and external organizations.
