Contraceptive Practices of Childfree Women

Current work considers the contraceptive practices of heterosexual women who chose childfree reproductive strategy. The paper collect data from keynote interviews conducted with 11 women at the age of 25-42 in Saint-Petersburg. It was analyzed, how voluntarily childless women choose a method of contraception and who is responsible for compliance with the rules of contraception in the pair. In addition, it examined how women childfree reflex relatively drastic methods of contraception(female sterilization) and abortation methods of interruption of an unwanted pregnancy.
