Law Review of Court Arbitration of Sport in Anti-Doping Legislation

Topic of the present masters thesis is current law review in anti-doping disputes formed in Court arbitration of sport in Lausanne, Switzerland, which is the main legal body in international regulation of sport. The main goal of the present research is the development of a particular method of case arbitration in Court arbitration of sport. That concerns the review of main trends in trying of cases by foreign courts aimed to revise definitive strategy of lawyers in protection of athlete's rights as well as coaches and personnel. Also it concerns the development of legal provisions aimed to fill lacunes in international and national law.
