Educational Program Model with a Large Concentration of Resources per Student and High-Value Outputs

The given work is a description of designing an educational program model with a large concentration of resources per student and high-value outputs on the basis of educational program integration with intensive professional activity under the guidance of highly qualified specialists of Ltd Neo-Clinic (Tjumen Gorod). We think that self-sufficient educational program economic model on medical workers further education for a customer – Ltd Neo – Clinic (Tjumen Gorod) will help a private medical establishment to extend the range of its services at the expense of investment in educational program. The demand of this program is stipulated by the gap between the competence level of medical workers and hi tech segment of cosmetologist service requiring high qualification of specialists capable of working with high tech equipment. On the basis of the open access information a project decision for a customer is designed. It includes: the problem, which the project solves, limitations and criteria of the project correspondence, criteria of project success, educational program model – target audience and its demands, program value, economic model, project requirements and limitations, the Center of Excellence educational programs development roadmap, risks assessment and management.
