Labor Satisfaction as a Basis of Staff Motivation

The purpose of this research is to develop recommendations for optimizing the current motivation system for employees of the sales department of social welfare products in Sberbank. To collect information about the current system of motivation, such methods as interviews and observation were applied. In turn, for the analysis of the current motivation system in the department, the Motype test was used, and a questionnaire assessing job satisfaction. In order to reveal the hidden relationships between satisfaction and motivational types of employees, a correlation analysis was carried out in the SPSS Statistics system. The results were processed in Microsoft Excel and SPSS Statistics. After collecting information and conducting a questionnaire, the main problems and shortcomings of the motivation system were identified. The result of this study will be recommendations for improving the motivation system, paying particular attention to job satisfaction. The main recommendations will be to form a motivation system based on motivational types of employees and to increase job satisfaction.
