In modern conditions of competition, organizations are increasingly coming to the introduction of methods and tools of line management. Initially, the concept of lean manufacturing was used at the enterprises of the machine-building industry, automobile factories, but over time this concept was adapted to modern realities. Currently, lin-management is used for various industries: for large and small industrial enterprises, services and many others. The basic idea of lean manufacturing is the idea of continuous improvements that eliminate all kinds of losses that do not create any value for the consumer. Lean production seeks to optimize business processes as much as possible, focusing on the sales market and the end user (user).
