The main goal of the study is the elaboration of business plan based on the entrepreneurial idea. Within the research the author presents theoretical aspects of business plan development examination, major approaches to planning process and business model determination and key factors of business success. The result of the study is a business plan of the project ' Car showroom for kids and their parents' on the base of analytical research.
