Automation of process of accumulation data in information analytics system "control of investment activity in construction"

This project is devoted to the research of data accumulation processes in the information and analytical system "Control of investment activities in construction" in general and automation of the process of data accumulation in the "Register of affected citizens" subsystem in particular. The work is formalized business processes for the registration of the object of construction and organization of the developer in CIAC and through the portal of public services in Moscow, according to the applicant's application for admission and the reception itself. Also, the work describes the CIAC module, which automates the last two business processes, and gives a brief description of its implementation. The project contains the 73~ pages without applications, 18 of illustrations, 2 of the table and 127 of used sources.
