The Research of Organizational Culture's Aspects and Organizational Commitment

ABSTRACT Human resources are the main resources for any organization, which aimed at achieving success in its sphere. Because of that fact, company should effectively manage these resources and take care about its personnel. One of the popular tools in solving this sort of problem is to developing employees’ loyalty and organizational commitment on all of the level. According to many authors both domestic and foreign scientific literature on this phenomenon influence so much various factors, for example, as employee’s experience, working conditions, motivation programs of work and other one. This research provides information and definition of organizational commitment, and outlines the factors, which potentially have an impact on it. Practically, loyalty as well as organizational culture will be studied in the context of one foreign organization working in Russia because this company has a problem of high turnover rate. For studying these processes were examined 178 employees of the company including 125 women and 53 men in age from 20 to 27 years. During this work the next questionnaire were used: the measure of organizational commitment (the method by J. Meyer & Allen translated by V. Dominyac) and the measure of organizational culture (the method by K.Kameron & R.Kuinn). The questionnaire offered to the company's workers will allow to identify high correlation between clan and adhocracy organizational culture and personnel commitment.
