Improving the Quality of Interprocess Communication in Development Projects of Cryogenic Equipment in the JSC «CRYOGENMASH»

This study is an initial attempt to investigate the influence quality of interprocess communication on the project's success of the development cryogenic equipment. The quality of interprocess communication in this study will be defined as the degree of coordination and integration of flows (material, information, financial) between processes, necessary to achieve the requirements of the project. In the framework of this paper, the hypothesis is proved that the quality of interprocess communication is the main factor that influencing the success of high-tech projects. The novelty of the master's thesis consists in the proposed integrated method for improving the interprocess communication in the implementation of high-tech projects, based on the knowledge acquired in the research process. The developed method includes the following activities: • Conducting an analysis of the company's business processes • Development of the process model of project management • Development of process regulations • Development of the standard of the enterprise for project management • Development of formal processes and procedures aimed at integrating and managing changes in projects • Introduction of a knowledge management system • Internal audit stage • An analysis of the effectiveness of the implemented activities of this method.
