Theme: “The Toolset for Preliminary Interactive Visualizing of Open Data Source “. As the title implies the article describes the problems of open data and open data visualization. The aim of this work is to research the methods of data preprocessing and interactive visualization. Key words: data, open data, dataset, data validation, data visualization, interactive data visualization. The paper work consists of an introduction and three chapters with conclusions given after each chapter. A general conclusion is given at the end of the work. In the introduction the key problem of accessing and working with data are mentioned. Much attention is given to the tasks of visualization and its importance in the data analysis problems. The first chapter deals with the problems of connecting to data sources and the process of gathering data. Much attention is given to the types of data and preprocessing task. In the second chapter it is spoken in details about the role of the data quality and the task of data validation. The third chapter gives a detailed analysis of the task and the aim of interactive visualization. It is spoken in details about the types and methods of data and information visualization techniques and tools. In conclusion are mentioned the main results of the work.
