Thesis is dedicated to the development of the neural network for the implementation of the spectrometer of cosmic radiation on the diamond detectors. Selection towards neural networks is based on the following facts, that have neural networks: high speed, the ability to learn on a small data set, give the right answer in the feed to the neural network input vector which is not involved in network training. In Chapter 1 we give the statement of the problem. Chapter 2 describes the neural networks, as well as the choice of the solution of the problem using neural network technology. Chapter 3 describes the methods of initial data processing. Chapter 4 is devoted to the description of the apparatus of neural networks. Chapter 5 provides a program for implementing this task.
