The Development of Offline-business in the Internet

The paper deal with the problem of offline-business development in an online environment. Russia ranks 48th in terms of the entrepreneurship development/ The country depends on natural resources and weather conditions. The level of development of the agricultural sector and manufacturing industries in the country is high, but the level of innovation and information technology development is very low. Also Russia has the lowest position in the development of services sector. It is necessary to stimulate the development of information technologies in the country to increase the level of entrepreneurship development in general. In the research work advantages and limitations of leading the Internet business in Russia are analyzed, and trends in the development of information technologies sector are considered. Approaches to the development of Internet companies of foreign authors are studied. Michael Rappa proposed a very detailed classification of business models. Also, the approach to the definition of business models of Linda Applegate is considered. The work presents approaches to the development of the Internet project by Gary Benessko, Steve Blank and Jeff Sutherland. The study on scenarios of exits in online was conducted and interviews with experts of the IT-communitywere made. According to the results an algorithm for the development of the Internet business was developed. This algorithm can become a guide for an offline entrepreneur who wants to do business in an online environment.
