Presidency in State Power System and Governance

The work consists of 3 chapters. The first Chapter describes the history of formation and development of Institute of presidency in Russia. In the second Chapter the analysis of the constitutional and legal basics of functioning of Institute of presidency in Russia. In the third Chapter studied the organizational and legal support to the functions and powers of the President of the Russian Federation. The object of research are the public relations developing in connection with the formation and activity of bodies of state power of the Russian Federation. Subject to constitutional and legal norms that define the place of the Institute of the President of the Russian Federation. Purpose – the study of the presidency in the system of state power and control. Key words: President, the presidency, legislation, legal status of the President.
