The Impact of Consumer Expectations on the Final Consumer Choice

Consumer expectations is the key factor that affects consumer choice but it remains poorly investigated. This effect in this research is analyzed throw the dynamics of films’ box offices. It was revealed that expectations affect them only in first weekend, but it is not true in long-term period.
