In this research were studied 102 senators who represented the interests of 14 regions of the Volga Federal Distric since 2000 during the latest 17 years. There was analysed their rootedness in the region of representation that is important for holding their main functions. But what's more important there were found the main factors influencing the senators rootedness that reflect the qality of their representational duties.
