The main goal of this final qualifying work is to create a comprehensive analysis and study of the topic of protection of childrens' health and development from harmful information. The main objective of the work is the study of all applicable Russian and foreign legislations, the analysis of Russian judicial practice and analysis of the provisions of the Federal Law "On Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development" of December 29, 2010 N 436-FZ. This final qualification work consists of an introduction, the first chapter, which includes five paragraphs, the second chapter, which includes four paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of Russian and foreign legislation applicable to the topic of protecting children from information that is harmful to their health and development, as well as judicial practice on this issue. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis and criticism of the provisions of the Federal Law "On Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development." Based on the conducted research and analysis, conclusions were drawn about the vastness of the legislative and regulatory framework governing the topic studied in this paper. The experience of foreign law enforcers and Russian practice on this issue was analyzed, which makes it possible to conclude that different norms of this law are often used inefficiently, or used for purposes different from those that are stated in the text of the law. Analysis of the text of the law "On the protection of children from information" revealed several obvious problems, both with the formulation of the text, and with specific provisions of the text.
