The State Policy in the Field of of Drug Provision: Current State, Problems and Prospects of Development

The volume of the study is 74 pages, which include 15 figures and 9 tables. When writing the work, 72 literary sources were used. Key words: drug supply health care, pharmaceutical market, regional policy, state programs. The object of this study is the drug supply system in the Russian Federation. The subject was the state and regional policy in the field of drug provision in the Russian Federation. The work consists of an introduction, three main chapters, a conclusion, a list of used literature. In the introduction, the urgency of the research of the drug supply system in Russian Federation is revealed, the problem, the purpose and tasks of the research are set, the object, the subject of scientific research is determined, the hypothesis is formulated, the goal and tasks are set, the methodological base of the research, its theoretical, practical significance is described. The first chapter proposes a theoretical justification for studying the problem of drug provision, describes the current situation of the health care system and the state regulation of drug provision. In chapter two, a scientific study of the regional drug market is carried out, state programs of pharmaceutical provision are examined, main problems and tendencies of improvement in these areas are identified. The method of the study was expert interviews with employees of public bodies of the health system in the Kaluga region. Chapter three presents the results of the study and suggests measures to improve state drug supply programs at the regional level. The conclusion is devoted to the main research findings obtained as a result of the author's research and proposals for improving the system of drug provision at the federal and regional levels.
