The Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol city turned out to be the focus of this study and I made an attempt to analysis their regional political regimes after the Crimean accession to Russia. I used the three-track model as a research methodology that allowed me to describe the main criteria of regional political regimes, then carry out a comparative analysis and make a conclusion about the specific features of the regional political regime transformation in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
