Extensible System for Logging and Analysis of Work Time

Work time control software is frequently used in today’s world to control what employees are doing at work. Such software helps employers to get statistics about how productive their workers are. The aim of this project is to develop an open source software that will help small businesses and self-employed persons to improve their productivity. In this paper, the main aspects of this software are described, such as collecting logs, log analysis, statistics and system customization. In addition, market and analog analysis are proposed. C# and Microsoft .NET technologies are used in order to implement the system. As a result of this project, an open source system will be developed. Its essential components’ logic is described in this work. Project applicability is discussed and directions for future work are presented.
