Analysis of Russian Hotel Industry Attractiveness (Mid-price Segment)

Abstract Topic: "Analysis of attractiveness of the Russian hotel sector (average price segment)" In this work, the analysis of hotel industry middle price segment of the city of Moscow to determine the attractiveness of the industry. The present work consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography and applications. The first Chapter covers the theoretical basics needed for strategic analysis of the industry, describes the main concepts and methods of analysis, which assesses the attractiveness of the industry. The second Chapter is devoted to the practical analysis of the industry and its macro. In the course of the study, we used the PEST-analysis, analyzed the influencing factors. Also were considered the main economic characteristics of the industry and built a map of strategic groups. In conclusion, on the basis of the study, was given the attractiveness of the industry.
