Formation of Corporate Culture as a Factor in Non-financial Motivation

The personnel’s motivation is one of the most significant functions of a corporate culture. The main objective of our research consists in studying of a corporate culture and motivational climate. In development of the main motivational components of a corporate culture in the organization. The empirical base of work was constituted by the author's research including two stages: diagnostics of a corporate culture with use of "A questionnaire of an organization culture" by D. Denison and comparative analysis of motivational system and corporate culture of the organization with the help of “Motivation Sources Inventory –MSI” by John Barbuto and Richard Scholl. Results of a research can be used in the “H&M” corporation for the purpose of enhancement of motivational system. Our work’s structure including an introduction, 3 chapters, results anticipated, recommendation and conclusion.
