1. Master´s thesis title "The Research of Modern Methods of Interorganizational Business Processes Improvement with the Implementation of Cloud Based Data Exchange Technologies" 2. Keywords: cloud technologies; Interorganizational business processes; CPFR; collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment. Nowadays, there is a large number of developments of various authors who offer a systematic view of supply chain management processes. Supply Chain Management is an interorganizational process that requires coordination of counterparty activities to achieve the joint supply chain goals. At the moment, the most modern form of organization of interorganizational interaction is the use of cloud technologies for data exchange and processing. The aim of this master's thesis is to improve the business process of collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment of inventories using information technologies for cloud data exchange to increase the efficiency of the company's operations. Based on the described goal, the following tasks should be solved: • analyze the models of the description of business processes in logistics and supply chain management; • identify the most complete model for describing business processes in relation to this work; • conduct the research of modern information technologies of cloud data exchange worldwide and in Russia; • describe the proposed solutions to improve the inter-organizational process of collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment using cloud technologies based on company data; • evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the proposed measures´ implementation. 3.
