Peculiarity of the Creative Management in Media

The main task of this research is to find out the peculiarities of managing creativity in media. The research includes wide analysis of literature, poll and interviews with Russian media managers. As the result of this work, a number of characteristics, which describe the process of managing creativity in media, were identified. These characteristics prove that there certainly are peculiarities of managing creativity in media.
