The aim of the research is to prove of the criminal case use to the struggle for power within the industrial Ministry.

The graduate qualification thesis consists from the explanatory note at 49 pages, including the supplement, containing the information about the criminal case, produced by the layer.

The research hypothesis that the criminal case may be considered as a political science phenomenon, the example of nepotism rather than the criminal case itself.

The graduate qualification thesis includes: the introduction; three chapters, containing the theoretical aspects of the research of nepotism, the historical conditions of it’s formation and the analysis of its occurrence at the example of the criminal prosecution at the system of late politics nepotism (At the example of the criminal case of the chief of science-technical department of the USSR Ministry of electronic industry); and the summary containing the main conclusions of the thesis; the bibliography counting 7 literature sources and 4 internet sources; the supplement at 5 pages.
