Development of the Entrepreneurial Project

Over the past decade, thanks to the development of the Internet and Internet technologies, a large number of online services have been developed and successfully launched, aimed at saving time for their customers and solving the problems of availability of certain services. With the help of online services, anyone who uses the Internet can order and receive a product / service from another city or country without leaving home. Opening own business, beginning entrepreneurs often neglect research and planning tools, thus missing many factors affecting their future business activities, such as: market analysis, planning of marketing, production and financial part of the project, and many others. The main objective of this master's dissertation is to develop a business plan for an entrepreneurial project - an online service for creating postcards and letters of appreciation on the territory of the Russian Federation. In the theoretical part of the work definitions of "entrepreneurship" and "entrepreneurial activity" are given, the structure of the business plan drawing up, its main sections and content is considered. In the practical part of the work, a business plan for an entrepreneurial project is being developed, according to the structure considered in the first chapter. A full description of the service, the organizational structure of the project, market analysis, marketing plan to promote the service to the market and financial forecasts are considered in the work, calculated for the next two years of the project. Including, the business plan includes the technical task for the site and the application made for the developers, and the plan for preparing the project for implementation with the necessary measures and deadlines.
