Statistical Analysis of the Role of the Family in Developing Human Potential

Statistical analysis of the role of the family in the formation of human potential was researched in this paper. The papers about Human potential and the role of the family in its development helped to determine the factors that characterize the role of the family in the formation of human capital of the adult population and children: health, abilities, physical activity, and the factors that influence human development. The obtained dependencies in Russian Federation for regressions and tendencies of changes are justified. Recommendations on the collection of data for research on this topic in the country, as well as the application of the results in public policy and planning are given.
