This study is relevant. It will allow to optimize the activities of the office of the University by increasing the efficiency of operations in a constantly changing administrative regulations. This will be possible through the modeling of existing business processes under the outdated regulations, then adjusting them in the light of the new changes, this will highlight important problems and bottlenecks that reduce the productivity of employees and training office as a whole. Under the changes, the business processes will be built a DEMO model of the business processes of the educational office and its subsequent verification. A study of the work of the academic office of the University with representation of core business processes will help to identify the characteristics and patterns of functioning, and problems that affect the development activities and reduce efficiency in a situation of constantly changing regulations.
