Topic: Improving the quality of service in the organizing of business-forums on example of “Event Make” company. The volume of the paper is 75 pages; there are 16 figures and 14 tables; there were used 47 sources. The object of the research is the "Event Make" company that is located in Nizhny Novgorod. The subject of the research is the system of service quality in the organizing of business-forums in “Event Make” company. The purpose of the work is to develop ways how to improve the quality of service in the company "Event Make" in the organizing of business-forums. The work contains an introduction, the main part, consisting of three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendix. The practical significance of the research is the usage of methods and tools to control the quality of services for providing consumers with high quality service.
