Evaluating the Content of Corporate Training Programs

This master's thesis is devoted to the development of a model for evaluating the content of corporate training programs. The paper includes three main stages: 1) the formation of a theoretical model, 2) the development of a methodology for diagnosing the curricula of corporate training programs based on the theoretical model, and 3) the approbation of the model. According to the developed model, corporate training assumes three directions of development: performance of organizational tasks, individual development of employees and development of team interaction. Each direction was detailed up to 10 specific parameters for evaluation of a curriculum . The diagnostic model was tested on the example of 3 corporate training programs. In addition, a new corporate training program was developed for the Vadens Business School.
