Tau-sheaves and Frobenius-split Varieties

Student: Pirozhkov Dmitrii

Supervisor: Aleksandr Kuznetsov

Faculty: Faculty of Mathematics

Educational Programme: Mathematics (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2017

Tau-sheaves and crystals are a framework created recently by Bockle and Pink. For schemes over finite fields they produced an equivalence of categories between the category of coherent sheaves equipped with a certain Frobenius-related data and the category of constructible sheaves. The thesis studies some applications of this framework, including an interpretation of Frobenius-split varieties in it.
