The main trend of the world economy over the past 60 years has become the countries ' dependence on the availability of natural resources, leading to the strengthening of the struggle on the world stage. About 64% of total demand for all petroleum products petrol and diesel. Thus the main driver of growth in oil demand are used a motor fuel. Taxes from sales of gasoline and diesel fuel account for about 40% of all revenues in the state budget. Due to which motor fuel products are the fundamental of the national economy, the consumption of which is subject to the restrictions.
