Capitalizing Human Resources in Organization
Presented Master's thesis aimed at designing a model of company's human resources' capitalization by using conversion of capital's various forms. Basis of the first chapter is the theoretical base of methods for converting implicit and explicit knowledge into the human and intellectual capital of an organization. In the second chapter, we present the author's model containing techniques of capitalizing human resources. We also propose main methods of using the intellectual capital. In the empirical part of the study, the modern practices of Russian organizations in the field of creating and applying intellectual capital are examined.
