The Network Structure of the Russian Film Industry

This paper examines the relationships among people who collaborate in the production of films as in a dynamic interorganizational network. In this type of analysis, it is possible to observe the way actors constitute the network nodes, how social ties are constructed and what model is more efficient. As a case of study, the Russian film industry was taken, to build the network, social network construction methods were used. This paper contains an overview of literature analysis on in sociology and organizational theory fields as well.
