In the conditions of the constant competition companies more often think of quality of the services provided by them. If the company want to be the worthy player in the market, then it needs to pay due attention to an assessment of quality of services. One of important aspects of quality management of services is its assessment. In this work the theory devoted to quality management of services which in the subsequent is put into practice is considered.
