The System of Work Motivation of Govermental Employment Based on Republic of Dagestan
The motivational system in the labor activity of civil servants is a component of the effective functioning of the personnel policy and development of personnel potential among employees. The fundamental effect in the implementation of the aspect under consideration is material and non-material incentives in the bodies of state power. In the this graduation qualification work, the parameters of the development of the motivational system of civil servants in the Republic of Dagestan were analyzed and measures were proposed in the sphere of improving the existing functioning of the authorities.
