The purpose of this work is a comprehensive study of the institution of responsibility of civil servants for public statements, judgments and assessments regarding the activities of state bodies and their leaders, its place and role in the institution of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants in general. Based on the purpose of the work the following tasks are set: -to study the concept and content of the ban on public utterances, assessments and judgments regarding the activities of state bodies and their leaders; - Analyze the regulation of relations related to public statements, assessments and judgments about the activities of state bodies and their leaders in foreign countries; - To study the experience of organization and functioning of the foreign public service, including in matters of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants; - Identify features of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants for public statements, assessments and judgments regarding the activities of state bodies and their leaders, including the procedure for imposing disciplinary sanctions; - To study and analyze the judicial practice of disciplining civil servants for public statements, assessments and judgments.
