The final qualifying work is devoted to the problems of such a source of criminal procedural law as decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The author examines the theoretical aspects of the status of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, analyzes the existing decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation adopted in the field of criminal procedural relations, and discusses the conflicts of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
