The Analysis of Factors Influenced on Satisfaction of Restaurants' Visitors

This research deals with the problem of the most important factors of customer satisfaction for visitors of full-service restaurants. Based on theoretical background about customer satisfaction, the conceptual model and the market analysis the methodological approach was explained. Following the research design described data was collected and was analyzed for several research stages. The results allow identifying some restaurants’ profiles and forming recommendations aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
