Development of Entrepreneurial Project Business Plan Driving School “Voditel+”

Master's thesis is a business plan for an entrepreneurial project based on the example of a driving school. The first chapter of the work is theoretical and it discusses the basics of business planning for an entrepreneurial project. The second chapter is practical, it uses the toolkit for developing business plans, discussed in the first chapter. The analysis of the entrepreneurial project on the Lean start-up method was carried out, the study of the preferences of the current clients of driving schools was conducted, the interview with the driving school representative, the analysis of the external environment, the market assessment, the economic part of the business was determined and the marketing plan was drawn up.
