Year of Graduation: 2017

The paper discusses the selection of the most rational options for IP-blocks in the design of SnC (systems on a chip) from the available alternatives offered on the sites of manufacturers and suppliers. The method of IP block selection is proposed on the basis of application of decision support methods, which makes it possible to use both the experience and knowledge of experts in the given subject area and the opinion of the decision-maker (project manager, engineer, designer). The proposed methodology allows to automate the process of choosing the most suitable variant of the IP-block from the point of view of the specified criteria and limitations and to shorten the time for making a decision. Also, software for process automation has been developed.
