Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions of Foreign Courts in the Russian Federation The purpose of this final qualifying work is to review and analyze various aspects of the institution of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in the Russian Federation. The main tasks of the final qualification work are: 1) consideration of the historical development of the institute; 2) the study of theoretical views; 3) analysis of the mechanism for implementing the institution of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments 4) analysis of judicial practice; 5) identify the necessary conditions in the obstacles to the implementation of the institute. On the basis of the study, the following conclusions are drawn: firstly, the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments is the attitude of a sovereign state, to acts of foreign justice, extending them to its own legal field, and second, to the institution of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Russia for more than one hundred and fifty years, developed in Russia, this institution is difficult under the influence of various external factors; third, there are three basic recognition mechanism, and full It is based on an international treaty, federal law and the principle of reciprocity, in the Russian Federation the implementation of this institution is carried out on the basis of an international treaty and the norms of domestic law; fourth, the conclusion of international treaties is a rather lengthy and cumbersome procedure, in order to simplify execution and recognition of foreign judgments is proposed to introduce the principle of reciprocity as a third mechanism for implementing this procedure under the current present the Civil Procedure Code, either as part of a future single Russia Federation Civil Procedure Code.
