Legal Regulation of Bankruptcies Containing Features of Offenses and Crimes (Illegal Bankruptcies)

In economic crisis, risks of bankruptcies increase. Nowadays the number of illegal bankruptcies is increasing, but the percentage of convictions remains small. So, there is actuality of studying the legal regulation of illegal bankruptcies. The author of this dissertation proposes the typology of bankruptcies, shows the main purposes and methods of committing a deliberate and fictitious bankruptcy, formulates the problems of bringing to criminal responsibility for illegal bankruptcy, makes suggestions for improving the legal mechanism for bringing to criminal responsibility for deliberate bankruptcy and shows the role of the arbitration manager in revealing the features of fictitious and deliberate bankruptcy.
